Delivery, supply and cancellation policy

Supply and shipping costs

We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 4 business days from credit-card approval.

Business days do not include the order date, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves or holidays.

Deliveries are handled nationwide through an external logistics and distribution company that manages last-mile execution.

• Central Israel: base home-delivery cost is NIS 44.90.
• Free delivery in central Israel applies to site purchases above NIS 499.
• Outside central Israel: shipping cost varies by destination and will be confirmed by phone after the order is placed.

Inventory availability

The site relies on ongoing inventory synchronization with official importers in Israel.

If an ordered product is unavailable at the importer warehouse, our team will contact you within one business day, and the transaction will be cancelled without cancellation fees if needed.

Cancellation and product returns

Under Israeli consumer protection law, a transaction may be cancelled for a refund within 14 days from receiving the product, provided the product was not used and was not damaged.

Connecting an electronic device, monitor, tablet or hardware component to power, or turning it on, is considered actual product use and cancels the right of return.

A powered-on or used product cannot be returned or replaced, and the customer will be entitled to repair service and warranty handling only.

Permanent non-returnable exceptions

• Custom PCs built to the customer's requirements, once assembly has started.
• Sensitive hardware and protective packaging, such as CPUs, RAM, graphics cards and internal drives, if the original protective packaging was opened or the seal was torn.
• Software, digital licenses and operating systems if the package was opened or the code was exposed.

Deductions and logistics costs on cancellation

If the product is sealed, completely new, in its original packaging and was not used or connected to power, the refund will be processed after deducting direct transaction logistics costs.

• Legal cancellation fee: 5% of the product value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
• Clearing/payment processing fees charged for the transaction may be deducted from the refund.
• The original shipping fee, NIS 44.90, is not refunded.
• Home pickup in central Israel, if requested, costs NIS 99 and will be deducted from the final refund. Outside central Israel, pickup cost will be set with a service representative.
