General terms and inventory availability

The site is an online store for computers, gaming gear, advanced hardware, monitors and accessories.

The Hebrew version may use masculine grammar for convenience only, but the terms apply equally to all customers.

The company operates ongoing inventory synchronization with distribution warehouses and suppliers in Israel and worldwide. If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, a service representative will contact the customer within one business day to update, coordinate an alternative model or cancel with a full refund.

Nationwide delivery and supply

We aim to supply orders within 2 to 4 business days from credit-card approval.

Business days do not include the order date, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays or official Israeli rest days.

Shipping, distribution and pickup are performed by an external logistics company specializing in last-mile operations. The distribution company does not manage website content or sales.

• Central Israel: fixed courier home-delivery cost is NIS 44.90.
• Orders above NIS 499 in central Israel receive free shipping.
• Other areas: delivery cost varies by exact destination and will be confirmed by phone after placing the order.

Force majeure delays

The company is not responsible for supply delays caused by emergency orders, war, military operations, blocked roads or security events outside its exclusive control.

In these cases, the logistics operation will use alternative routes where possible to deliver as quickly as possible.

Cancellation and returns policy

Under Israeli consumer protection law, a customer may cancel a transaction and receive a refund within 14 days from receiving the product, provided the product was not used, was not damaged and is returned in its original packaging.

Connecting an electronic device, monitor, tablet, power supply or hardware component to power, or turning it on for the first time, is considered actual use and cancels the right of cancellation and return.

Non-returnable exceptions

• Custom PCs built according to customer requirements, once assembly has started.
• CPUs, RAM, graphics cards and internal drives if the original anti-static protective packaging was opened or the official seal was torn.
• Software, digital licenses and operating systems if the package was opened or the product key was exposed.

Warranty, service and support

Products sold on the site are covered by the warranty provided by the relevant suppliers or manufacturers, according to the warranty document and service terms attached to each product.

Opening, assembling or activating products contrary to clear manufacturer instructions may immediately void warranty and prevent service.

Intellectual property and jurisdiction

All content, designs, code and trademarks on the site are the exclusive property of HRS-TECH and H.R.S - Trade. They may not be copied or used without prior written approval.

These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from these terms or site purchases is granted to the competent courts in the Central/Tel Aviv district.
